Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group empowers teens to develop essential coping skills to navigate emotions, build healthier relationships, and improve their overall well-being. Led by two skilled therapists, this group provides a structured environment for learning mindfulness techniques, emotion regulation strategies, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance skills. By practicing these skills together, teens gain confidence in their ability to manage challenges and cultivate resilience.

Our Anxiety & OCD Skills Group offers a supportive environment for teens struggling with debilitating anxiety. Led by two anxiety/OCD treatment experts, this group focuses on addressing the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors associated with anxiety and OCD. Through guided discussions, role-playing, and exposure exercises, teens learn practical strategies to manage anxiety, reduce anxiety, and gain a sense of control over their lives.

 

Our Body Acceptance Group provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for teens navigating eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. Led by two compassionate professionals, this group combines therapeutic support with skill-building and art therapy activities. Through discussions and exercises, teens develop a healthier relationship with food, challenge negative body image, and foster self-acceptance.

Our LGBTQ Group offers a supportive community where LGBTQ teens can connect with peers who share similar experiences. Led by a facilitator with lived experience, this group provides a space for open discussions, personal growth, and building lasting connections within the LGBTQ community. Teens have the opportunity to explore their identities, discuss their unique challenges, and find support from others who understand their journey.

DBT Coping Skills Summer Camp is a research-backed program that equips teens with effective coping skills, improved self-acceptance, and enhanced interpersonal relationships. Through the camp, teens will learn to embrace their authentic selves, find inner empowerment, and approach life with confidence and motivation. They will also acquire practical tools to manage difficult emotions, set healthy boundaries, and take pride in their work without unnecessary pressure or stress.
